Notice of change to a menu featuring the flavors of autumn
From Tuesday, September 10, we will be changing our menu to a dish that will allow you to experience the changing of the seasons and enjoy the flavors of autumn.
These include sweet potatoes, chestnuts, grapes, and the seasonal swordfish from Mikawa Bay.
Black truffle, a luxury ingredient that represents autumn in France, has also been added to the Hitosara menu to give you a taste of autumn. We look forward to your visit.
The next menu change is scheduled for early November 2024.

Until now, we have been closed every Tuesday, but from July 30th, 2024,
We will also be open on Tuesdays in accordance with JR Nagoya Takashimaya's business hours.
There are no changes to business hours such as lunch and dinner.

About Reservations

We used to accept reservations on the first day of every month until the end of the month, but from now on, we will accept reservations until two months in advance.
(For example, on June 1, we will start accepting reservations for the period from August 1 to August 31.)

One of Japan's most famous sake brewers, "KUHEIJI" is one of the most famous sake brewers in Japan.
It is no exaggeration to say that it is one of the most famous sake producers in the world, and is also known for its wines made in Burgundy.
On Saturday, May 25, we will hold a manufacturer's dinner inviting Mr. Kuheiji Kuno, the 15th generation head of Manjyo Shuzo, the brewer of "Brewer's Kuheiji" at Restaurant Cepage in Takashimaya Department Store in Nagoya, Japan.

Manjyo Brewery Corporation Brewer / Representative Director Kuhei Kuno
Born in Nagoya in 1965. He is the 15th generation of the Manjyo Brewery, which began with the 9th generation of the Kuno family. In addition to being the president and representative director, he calls himself a "brewer" because of his commitment to sake brewing. After dropping out of college, he continued his theater career, but took over the family business when his father became ill. He has returned to a handmade, farmer-like style of sake brewing, paying attention to every detail and making sake that is better in quality than in quantity. He launched a new brand, "KAUSHITO KUHEIJI," in 1997. In 2007, he was selected by Newsweek magazine as one of the "100 Most Respected Japanese in the World.
In 2010, he began farming rice, and in 2016, he started brewing wine in France despite being a sake brewer.

Located on the 51st floor at the top of JR Central Towers, we are a French restaurant in the sky where you can enjoy Nagoya’s finest view.
Based on the concept of Nagoya-style French cuisine, we serve multi-course meals made with only fine-quality local ingredients, including fine seafood from Mikawa Bay and organic produce delivered from farmers on the Chita Peninsula.
In addition, we offer special playful dishes created by preparing nationally renowned Nagoya cuisine using French techniques, as well as vegan dishes adapted for a variety of diets.
We do our best to provide service which is centered on the diversity of our guests, sensitivity toward their individual circumstances, and a spirit of thoughtfulness.
For example, in addition to wine, we have a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages and premium Japanese teas, and this effort to offer new pairings to those who do not drink alcohol is an expression of this spirit.

We serve only multi-course meals for dinner and lunch.
Cépages is a French restaurant in the sky where you can enjoy Nagoya’s finest view from 245m, and we also take reservations for sky banquets for private parties.
It is perfect for seated or standing parties while taking in the view stretching from the Yoro Mountains to Ise Bay in the afternoon, or the night view spread out below in the evening.
As well as formal corporate banquets, we also welcome gatherings of old friends like alumni associations, and wedding receptions.
